COST:
1:1 is £40 an hour and it is well worth it!
Training videos are £25 a session.
Online PT is £30 an hour.
Esther first found her passion for personal training when she worked part time at Fitness First gym during her 3 years at drama school in London. She helped body builders get in shape for their competitions and she learnt a lot!
She trained as a fitness instructor and a personal training whilst she was doing her degree and has since trained over 300 clients from all walks of life.
She will tailor the sessions to work you hard, but you will always have fun – money back guaranteed! Whatever you want to work on she will make sure you achieve.
She also offers training in video form or online – whatever suits your needs.
